Tim, I don't want to make too much of this. It's mostly semantics. I really, really hate the word, moral, because it's mostly a religious construct. But I'll try to answer your question because you asked.

I would consider the buying or selling of Presidential pardons unethical but not immoral. Likewise, using a foreign subsidiary to sell goods to Iraq or Cuba. Those are pretty big things.

As for smallish moral offenses, I'd say cheating on your wife or disregarding a job applicant because of skin color.
