Help Please!

Microsoft Outlook is not displaying my incoming email. I believe this was addressed before but I can't find it.

Thanks.

tc and PMSW, thank you so much. All my Favorites are in place, after an initial slapstick phase during which they were appearing in various unintended folders.

Here's a smaller question.

On my old computer, when i'd click, for example, to delete something, and the question would appear about whether i really wanted to delete that item, the cursor-arrow would automatically be on the OK button. Now I have to move it there. I remember having found that option and chosen it at some point in the past, so I know it's there someplace, but i can't find it.

BTW, a disconcerting absence with IE is that when you click on the Edit key, there is no "Preferences" option offered. I'm sure the options that used to be under Edit... Preferences are still offered, but it feels like a loss.
