Yes and No:

Average growth rates for the 70s & 80s were 12% unit volume growth and a 5% increase in ASPs.

Average growth rates for the last 5 years are 10-11% unit volume growth and a 2% decrease in ASPs.

The fundamental change in ASPs, reinforced by a lower-than-expected ceiling on semiconductor content in systems and too much capital spending by emerging silicon foundry companies, is resulting in a significantly lower forecasted overall growth rate.
