<<They know that this is just the first battle in a long war.>>

Exactly....a very long war, with some very ugly battles ahead. RMBS has already lost some pretty strategic battles.....and it's just getting started.

Why on earth........except as a pure play gamble, would anybody go long this stock. When I start making a list of possible negatives....it just goes on and on and on and on.......Like I said, I thought about re-entering if it hits $5 on a pure gamble play, but I'm not so sure I would do that now....I see rmbs and it's officers in alot of messy battles in the next couple of years.....too many other places to park your money......I don't see Krispy Kreme in court to get people to buy their doughnuts.....I dont see STOR putting a gun to Ford's head and saying you must use our services.....I dont see OCPI forcing their customers to buy from them in a court of law.....and etc, etc........

<You do not know much about royalty agreements.>

Jim,
I think you misplaced the period. It should go after the first five words (g).
Multico

P.S. Good to see that there are still some rational thinkers lurking out there. The board has been over taken by Bilow-wannabes. Longs have been quite silent, probably realizing one can't carry on an intelligent discussion with a wall.

They say that the most beautiful angel was named LUCIFER and that the unwary were deceived by his FRAUD.
