>"We do not comment on litigation," said Morgan Stanley spokesman Ray O'Rourke.
Look for Morgan Stanley to pay the fine but admit no guilt.
>These bonds are currently trading at 52 cents on the dollar.

>>What's more, Sagamore is not only seeking damages if it wins the case. It is also asking the court to refund to investors what they paid for the bonds plus interest. In addition, the bondholders are asking that the court impound Amazon's assets to make sure that the bondholders get paid.<<

amzn is facing the end game. i wonder if bezos will smile slyly and say, "things have NEVER been better" again... ;-)

>>"That is true that her report said that, but we don't think we ever said that to her."<<

ahhh, a clintonesque response... i think the bondholders have better than a 50% chance of winning. bustos better hope i'm not on the jury.

but mary meeker is a female- and it is considered sexist to question her, attack her in pc america. what is bezos to do- he is only the man of the year- he is in a quandary- he is between a rock and a hard place. but, won't amzn be profitable before this law suit is resolved?
