Hi Fred, the Fed has been pumping up the money supply for what?? 6 months?? Hasn't helped much yet. IMO, no amount of rate cuts or liquidity are going to help earnings.
But, what is expected now?? A year end rebound?? A new bull market?? So, if the general thinking is year end rebound and buy now, when do we top??, when do people realize it isn't going to happen?? That's the big question I have now.
I don't think many are bearish at this point.
I think bears are the minority.
So if everyone expects a new bull, I say bull.
We may have just had the best trading bounce of the year.
