I know the feeling, all too well. I was talking with a guy tonight, age 32, really sharp, but he's going back to college and he's scared (blank) about it. I told him, I said, look, my nephew is 12, he'll start junior high this fall and he's studying 3-dimensional drafting over the 'Net. Really. And I told him, now think for a minute what we old, worn-out has-beens MIGHT be able to accomplish if we just apply ourselves, set reasonable goals, be patient, and prepare ourselves for the future. It worked. He bought me a beer. PB
