Dale, Andreas, re: I come up with a die size of 11.75mm X 12.5mm = 147mm2, and 158 die per wafer. I'm not sure about that number of die per wafer. FWIW, check out the picture in this zip file: ftp://www.amd.com/pub/marcom/logos/marcom/mobile_athlon4/24645-04a.jpg.zip (Thanks to amdzone.com for the link) I did a little Paintshop job on it and came up with the following: geocities.com If I counted correctly, that'd be 192 die per wafer. Question is of course if this is indeed a Palomino wafer, but since it's located in a subdirectory "mobile_athlon4" one should think so, right? ABurner
