Wrong. 3G is right around the corner. I already use to have a Ricochet account and it was awesome. I have wireless at home. My wireless hub is connected to my cable modem and I sometimes work from home sitting on my front porch or back deck completely untethered by power or ethernet cables. In less than 5 years, we'll have broadband speeds available through wireless connections from carriers like Sprint and AT&T. You don't have to believe it for it to be true. It's already happening.

The sprint wireless broadband is $99 installation and somewhere in the $40 range per month.
