Petz,

Palomino at 1.33 GHz with PowerNow makes a lot of sense for the corporate small form factor computers, like Compaq's SFF EN line.

PowerNow provides both clock and voltage adjustment while using the processor and should be a lot more than 10W for a 1.33GHz T-Bird for "normal" office use.

Does "power management" offer any intermediate step between full power and idle and even at idle how much does it drop the processor power requirement?
