lee, the govt bent over, imho. they are the problem. now a precedent had been set and everyone will sue and expect relief under similar circumstances.

in addition, the govt should learn from its errors. a contract s/b signed explaining what is going to happen under what circumstances.

the ranchers were greedy but the govt officials were inept, imho. doesn't the military/govt have lawyers on retainer?
