It will be interesting to see if they try to settle or if they try to bully their way through to get Tim to back off the lawsuit. They will claim she is an independent contract and they are not liable. I would think Tim would still get to do DISCOVERY to ascertain their culpability as there are many things that make her appear to be more than an independent contractor. I am still waiting to hear if "WE" means the royal "WE", the schizophrenic "WE", or the "WE" as in partners.
