Or maybe you should ask how much of that 7.5B is going towards equipment. It's not 100 percent.

The point being time has past since Intel's announcement, and what has been spent and to who is not as important as "what is left and who gets it".

Another question is...if you are AMD...how long will you wait until you respond? If you do not, you are dead meat when Intel's cost advantages come online.
