JIM: UHCP: As you said, average line has been on downward trend. It had some down-tick volume on April 26, but since then it has been positive. The Relative Strength Index has been on an upward trend since May 9. As I mentioned, it reported 25.7% increase in oil production and 8.9% increase in gas production from previous month, and it still sells around 0.5 of book. Insiders hold 77% of shares and institutions reportedly have been doing some buying lately. I have a small position, just to keep it on my "watch list".<g> To my view it is OK if it holds the $1 level and will consider on adding on a close above $2. I think their main problem at present is probably their beef sales, which may be affected some with the "mad-cow" scare.<g> RAGL Bernard
