Oh how I've tired of this intellectual circle jerk re: "free markets." Your model has no basis in reality for application to the electrical market. Little more than a belief system. You are a dead rate payer walking. I just need to figure out the best way to pick over your corpse. VA hasn't even made half the mistakes CA made. It is probably as close to a "free market" for electricity as I've seen (on paper anyway.) But VA made "the" critical mistake and that's the one needed for those free wheeling, free market traders to take you apart. Read the article again. Just substitute VA for CA. D still lookin' like the best play. (Thanks for calling my attention to the situation, even if inadvertently.) Anyway, I'm busy. You free marketeers can play amongst yourselves now.
