Zeev:NY times article studied 1900 tech stocks since 1985 below $10 Only 3.14% rise above $15 within one year. Your SCON is $5.62. SCON has to fight the odds.

Zeev, similar to the MU scenario, IRF has a $500 million convertible from last summer which converts at $74. Now that we have a bull market "scenario", the time might be right for the price of IRF to move above the conversion price.
