"If there is relevant information about Pristine that is not attacking Jenna that is fine. " Did you not understand Lola's point? Jenna's activity is pertinent and relevant and a major portion of any case against Pristine. Remember T. Joe? How would one discuss his activities when uncovering the truth? The activities that resulted in a 750,000 fine. His activities deserved to be attacked and it cost him almost one million dollars.

If Jenna posts insults or attacks to them or they post insults or attacks to her this will be addressed. I believe I saw a post from Tim where you stated that Tim and D.M.W. were not to post TO Jenna. I have not seen a post since they came back from suspension where they posted TO Jenna. If you are going to suspend them then you need to suspend Jenna for this post: Message 15885770 Also, would you please differentiate the actions of Tim Luke and Dr.Mensawannabe from the actions of this whole thread: Subject 51269 It has been the number 1 thread on your site. It has been on the hot list since inception. It is spot on but it doesn't change the fact that it is about Jenna and it is not a favorable thread. Why are you singling out Tim Luke, who was harmed because of Jenna's antics on this site. IMO she will ultimately pay a price for what she did...but in the meantime it is Tim who is trying to right the wrong that he has suffered because of her. I can't understand why you single him out but allow a thread whose sole existence is to cleverly parody Jenna and her posts. Are you now going to tell all of the the people who have begun to see Jenna for the "blank" that she is that they may not post to her or about her? Are you going to say that Pristine and Terra Nova are off limits, as well?

I directed this post to Scott on the Welcome to Silicon Investor thread over a week ago and never got a response. Now I am asking you if you can give us some answers in regard to that post. Please take out the name Scott and insert Jeff. <S> I believe that all of the lists, subjects that are HOT, TOP sites etc., are not working properly. I and others have observed them for quite sometime now. SI should be made aware of it as it could be very misleading for many people. Please read my previous posts here where I copied and pasted what some of us observed this evening. One thread in particular, New Market Gems seems to be always somewhere between #1 and #5 spot. Tonight it was #1 and #2 for quite some time, but just changed. We are all aware that the threads that are in the spots from #1 to #5 will also show up on the busiest boards at TheStreet.com and at the metamarkets.com site. We also know that TheStreet.com is partnered with Silicon Investor from previous post that was possibly posted here. As I said previously, the lists must be broken or either SI is purposely making sure Market Gems is in top spots. Please respond to this last sentence as this is all suspicious activity in my opinion as well as others. I think that Silicon Investor might want to openly clear the air on this subject for all of us. Such as it starts at 12 am this morning and covers until 12 am tommorow. What is the criteria for getting on the list? How many posts are posted on the particular thread? I noticed that....SI Jail Mail Express™ 124 7:11 PM is from yesterday and it is in 12th place now, it was in 12th place and at May 22, 2001 1:27 PM ET it was in 10th place on the Hot Subjects list. I printed out the list if you need to see it from May 22, 2001 1:27 PM ET. I do not know where to go for that information so would you please post it here.
