I would say Tim is not being encouraged to rattle his sword. In fact, probably quite the opposite. However, Tim was wronged in the public eye and it is human nature to want to defend oneself. Jenna did it repeatedly on this site and Investorshub and by now she should have been served. She did a lot of damage. I asked her if that was her intent and she didn't answer. She could very well say it was a mistake and offer a retraction and an apology. My post gave her the perfect opportunity to do so and to mitigate the damage. You don't see her saying or doing that, now do you ;-)
