The sec came testified before congress the week and said they are not looking to make an example of anyone concerning reg fd. I think is really a non issue.

No official idea on what could happen to EMLX - but it is just a Reg FD disclosure issue.... Got to admit, I jumped the gun Mav, I guess I got flashback memories to the 60 pt dive it took last year which was absolutely amazing. Hope everyone is ok with the play, guess we can't make money on every trade. I did cover half AH (for a profit), and will keep 1000 with a tight stop cover for open. The big opportunities next week will be watching some of the alternative fuel cell co's fall. Considering a put option play strategy. HAL and ILA are continuing their bullish trend and expect ILA to get some upgrades soon as they come out of IPO quiet period.
