The head of the Public Utility Corp is currently showing the legislature evidence that there may have been collusion by the power providers to drive up the price of wholesale energy in Ca. Apparently she has evidence that several companies claimed they were out of power on a specific day. When the wholesale prices shot up strongly they suddenly came on line with the power.
