Pat,

This whole California "energy crisis" (which started shortly after Bush's election), looks like another one of Bush's Chicken Little scams.

I spent a couple days this week out in the Valley, and didn't find a single person who had lost power for more than 1 hour total. When I lived in Mountain View, we used to lose power all the time because of construction accidents.
