Pat,

I was driving down El Camino the other night, and checking out how many offices left their lights on. It is amazing how much waste of electricity goes on. If people just turned the lights off when they left the room, it would probably cut electricity consumption by 30%.

Patricia...If CA doesn't really have a crisis....then everyone should tell Davis to just shut up...no problems....(easily done by message boards, letters to editors, calls to congress representatives, etc.....)

and Bush can just leave CA out of any energy program.

Maybe the companies outside the state of CA who provide power to CA should just STOP providing power to CA.

Or demand money ahead of delivery.

That's what normal businesses do for "customers" who don't pay their bills.

Maybe CA should just handle their own power problems by themselves.

Is that what you want????
