I think Chris wants to send you to Hell , personally, Solon.

Such a friend....

Even if it was all so simple as Chris would like...
I wonder what he will feel like when he finds
himself swinging in a tree,
in his next life, or croaking
from up under a lily pad <GG>

You may thank heaven , and God/SIVA that your
soul which is that deepest essence within you , is
always immortal , and the one part of you that
can't be destroyed .

The nice thing about life , in the truer more enlightened
religion from the great sages of very ancient times...
they saw clearly that just to be born into the human
form meant you have already done many great things
suffered and grown tremendously & spiritually
along the way , to be here now as
the Solon we all know and love.
(you have already come a long way, baby ...we all have)

The discussion of the nature of the soul is
an extremely beautiful one , the Hindu version
is exquisite ...if properly explained . It goes
far far more beyond anything the Church dares to dream
of , but such is the Nature of the true God , they
were limited in their theology from the start.
(A truer God always full of beautiful surprises)

....it would all just be so
neat and simple to believe
like Chris does,
(even if he thinks he gets to wield the pitchfork)
but one short lifetime
does not a heaven make...unless one is a
very merry old soul !

;-)
