Incorrigible is my only redeeming value.

Got another recipe, I think it's original.

Zuccini Spread/Dip

I don't know what to call it, it was great hot and should be
at least as good cold. I wrapped 4 med to large zuccinis
in tinfoil and grilled them until they were soft. I then cut
them up in a large container keeping all the juices. I
added the juice from 1 lemon, a couple of cloves of
minced garlic, a small onion, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar,
1 tablesponn soy sauce, about a 1 tsp of fresh ground
black pepper, 2 tbs of parsley(dry*), a tbs of dill(dry*)
and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil then used a hand
blender on the whole thing. It was great on crackers,
over rice, by itself and on toast. Tomorrow I'll try it cold.
I think it'll be awesome wrapped in romaine like my hummus
wraps.

Question: Is there all ready a name for it? Seems like there should be.
If not I'm open to suggestions. It's too good to be just a dip or spread
it needs a worthy name with some pizzazz.

*Will use fresh next time but didn't have any.
