Paul, Re: 2-way Pentium 4/XEONS.

No doubt the demand will be as outstanding as that for the P4's now shipping.

I hear Dell has pre-ordered a dozen or so.

I assume these are the two-way systems with Colusa/DRDRAM chip sets? What a black eye for AMD - 2-way Pentium 4/XEONS introduces within 7 months of the Pentium 4 intro - and AMD can't get a 2-way AthWiper out - even 24 months after the first AthWiper was announced !

I don't know what they are.

As for AMD, this could mean a major recall. With now widespread reports of instability and frequent crashes, seems like they'll be forced to do something about all these bad parts. I wonder if lawsuits will follow as well? This certainly underscores the level of desperation over at Jerry's rented digs.

Pathetic, just pathetic.
