It would be fraud if Intel advertised a 1.7GHz system without a clear disclaimer explaining (to the layman) under what conditions the system may not run at 1.7GHz. At this point in time, I see no such disclaimer. Wonder why???

Yet you're completely silent on Athlon crashes. The P4 may under extreme conditions slow down momentarily but still run and maintain system integrity, while the Athlon helplessly crashes and you call the P4 a fraud. You're the fraud.
