Thanks SEOD, my short term BRCD trade just became a long term short bet. OSX needs to break 139 here this week IMO, otherwise it looks like a lower peak.

re: shorting tech. Let me propose one question on tech. What major tech company is growing earnings and/or will beat last years numbers? How can anyone buy a company with decreasing revenues and earnings (I'm making a very general statement here about tech). Cisco? Lucent? Sun? How about their customers? Telocity (filed BK today). Northpoint? BK? Covad? close to BK. Who's is buying the gear? I don't get this latest NASDAQ rally. Hasn't ANYONE learned anything from the dot.com bust? This summer when the 3rd quarter hasn't produced better earnings due to federal easings, watch out below. I won't miss this party. JMVHO BTW: I hurts to have missed KEG's latest run (what a darling young lady she has turned out to be). Ouch, sold way, way too early. My positions in GW, LOILY and COD are looking good though. ;)~
