In addition to the imminent secondary, 3 key insiders have recently parted with some of their shares. Having learned my ALXN lesson, I've also parted with 2/3 of my position. They got called away this morning. I did a little better than the insiders on my sales. :-) I'll hold the other 1/3 of my position until the story and prospects change substantially; or I'm sitting on a 10 bagger or better.
