In addition to the imminent secondary, 3 key insiders have recently parted with some of their shares. Having
learned my ALXN lesson, I've also parted with 2/3 of my position. They got called away this morning. I did a little
better than the insiders on my sales. :-)

I'll hold the other 1/3 of my position until the story and prospects change substantially; or I'm sitting on a 10 bagger
or better.

Ian.

<<PS: AC recommendation is no brainer. Issue is how strong label will be?>>

After first quick review of what will be presented at AC, today I am bit less optimistic that they will get strong label. Natrecor is OK, but it will take time to educate and convince MDs for drug superiority over nitroglycerine.
