This are relatively small transactions for insiders, except G. David (but he has many options, so not big deal). Not yet.

I will be more concern about business as it is (if does not move in right direction), than insiders sell before AC.

As she only held 1700 shares on April 10th, one has to conclude that she just doesn't like owning shares.
