I don't recall any secular law that incorporates the word "hath". I must admit to having little sympathy for extremism of any stripe. Perhaps it's because I'm aware of my own imperfections. cuf@lotsofthem.com

Morality.... Without it we would have chaos. It has nothing to do with separation of church and state. B.s. Your definition of morality is tied to your religion ... wake up, there are lots of people in the world who don't hold the same values and yet are every bit as devote and moral according to the precepts of their religion as you would wish our president to be.
