HOWEVER ... my problem was only ONE wrist at a time .... and ONE elbow at a time .... with yours being both *(I assume both) it sounds different .... not being a doctor ... far be it from me to dispense medical advice ... but it sounds to me as if there is a reaction to something "other" than physical strain .... as you've been to the ortho guy, who has ruled out c/t/s, and I don't mean to scare you, but how about a heart doc .... I recall that numbness, especially at night, is a precursor symptom to circulatory problems ... OR my guess *(non medically founded) is an allergic reaction to some medicine or food .... Normally, Joe, I wouldn't even attempt to respond to your post, for this thread isn't, and I'm not equipped to give such advice, but what the heck ...I've had a similar experience, and it took a good chunk of time and money to obtain relief for me .. and I know I'm pleased with my results ... good luck Nemer ps .. this could well only work in Texas, NY "might" have a different fix ...... gggggg
