on a percentage basis, I would have to say that there are far more hypocrites who pretend to be moral on religious grounds, but whose behavior has little to do with that very religion than there are genuine atheists who are immoral in the sense of not living to a moral code.

that is the most "on topic" post you have made about nothing on this, the thread about nothing..

it is a very long thought that means nothing because it will always be correct.

the word hypocrite typically refers to one who gives a false appearance of being virtuous based on a religious belief. it is appropriately use to describe behavior such as jimmy swaggert's or jesse jackson's.

on the other hand, if one professes to believe in nothing...there is nothing to be hypocritical about.

UF will probably give you an award for that one.
