I know it's just a bears' wet dream, but that is the *only* remaining scenario that leaves Nasdaq 100 looking *just* like the 1930s Dow.

I'm not married to that scenario, and I'm in fact slightly long and wishing I'd ditched a little at the open. I don't even think it's the most likely scenario. However, of all the evil ways the market works, this would seem to be the biggest surprise of all - if our technology market remained the 1930s evil twin. That sector certainly has fundamentals on par with the 1930s, as I've mentioned before.

Just one of those gut things. Your brain tells you it ain't likely, but deep in the intuitive sections of your psyche, something tells you history may rhyme really well here...
