Hmmm... taking a PE of 30 and net margin of 15% and shares of 10B you are saying we can count on 82 / 30 / .15 * 10B = 182 B$ revenue for Cisco.

Or maybe it's because we get a PE of 100 when the revenue hits 60 B$.

Maybe you are using it in the statistical sense. Like 2000 trading days until 2010, so a 0.05% chance of something happening you can "count on" happening once.

If you were to say "The odds of hitting $82 by 2010 are 99.95% against", then I'd agree with you.
