No it was not a capitulation. The earnings projections came down even more. The average forward P/E in NASDAQ today is more ridiculous than it was at 5100.

Besides, I said capitulation in all markets. This means, DOW, S&P, Japan, Europe, as well as loan defaults in Argentina, Brazil, Turkey and Asia.
