You're a man after my own heart.

I also have a somewhat eclectic set of degrees -- philsosophy, industrial management, law -- and a plan to semi-retire this fall. What I'll do then I'm not sure, but since I've run through at least a half-dozen careers -- depends how you count, e.g. whether you count educational administration and corporate finance one career or two -- and I'm on to at least one more after I retire. I'm not sure I'll go for another degree, kind of hard to do as geographically isolated as I am, but there's enough on-line learning stuff coming up that if I don't care about degrees I can keep learning to my heart's content.

Hard to think of anything better than taking a good book down to my Adirondack chair by the water and studying something I hadn't though of before for a few months.
