It probably doesn't mean much, but S. Africa was a Dutch Colony for a hell of a long time. The Afrikaners(sp?) (Dutch) ran everything until the relatively recent (decade?) takeover of the government by the native African population. So South African and Netherlands and even English addresses for the same person doesn't necessarily indicate nefarious dealings; but then it doesn't eliminate the possibility either. Take your pick.
