too many changes of direction Do you really feel this merger would be considered a change of direction? Aren't they just filling a void Cash/Consulting-Marketing? I just don't see the confusion... Ron Dior

Important factors that could cause eXcelon's actual results to differ from these forward-looking statements include the fact that a majority of our revenues to date have been derived from sales of our Object Design data management products I took this form the sec and wanted to a laugh almost problem with the product well maybe this product had a rather high upfront cost but it delivered and actually once installed left you with the ability to go about your business which is normally creating cash returns for yourself. However i suppose short range thoughts do create lots of head aches and cash costs too.
