Neenny You are correct as I have been a shopper for Companies in my business. When I shopped, I was only a mystery to whom I was shopping. The Company and I worked together and the purpose was not to get someone fired(well sometimes) at the place that I shopped, it was for the sole purpose of seeing that they were doing their duties and responsibilities that they were paid to do. Standard Operation Procedures had to be used and I checked to see that they were. This story just does not cut it at all.
