Hi, hope all is well...Congratulations on a big one. We will have to see if it sticks, or is the beginning of volatility in the Senate. Although Zell Miller has firmly protested against speculation about becoming Republican, it is hard to know what the state of negotiations might be, there or elsewhere. Of course, there are potential defectors on both sides.......

Democrats and Republicans agreed today that an early demonstration of a change in power of the Democrats would probably come in the Judiciary Committee, where Mr. Leahy has demanded additional scrutiny of President Bush's nominee to be solicitor general, Theodore B.
