I find his posts helpful ... I'm sure many others do too ... I haven't seen him try to sell us anything.

Thank-you for your advice. I am sure it was well-intended; however, the CFTC has all of this already, as does the United States Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, Committee on Governmental Affairs, and its Chairman, Sen. Fred Thompson (D-Tennessee). I have not discussed my site here in this discussion. I am no longer accepting members as we are winding down operations so I can focus on managing a bond futures fund. I hope that settles that line of inquiry. Actually, the posting here has served a very important purpose: that of waking up day traders to the true nature of sites and brokers. Many members here have contributed evidence which we have provided counsel. We are long past the days of relying on the government to act in timely fashion. We are handling this with benefit of our own counsel. We shall keep you informed. O.A.
