What the hell is there to criticize? He was legal council for a magazine investigating the President for the purposes of writing a magazine store on the results. I know that was an unusual thing for the press to be doing for the past 8 years but THATS WHAT THE PRESS IS SUPPOSED TO DO MORON!!!

I think even the eastern elate press must have finally felt the anti 1st amendment chill from Leahy's pending jihad and called him off.
