APN,

I have read that piece about regulating chat sites. I also read that Charles E. Schwab will be there presenting their case. I am curious about this. It seems to me the fox guarding the henhouse. Also, it seems like some after-the-fact maneuvers to retroactively legalize criminal acts like undisclosed order flow kickbacks. These sites were not registered as brokers when they took these fees for churning traders; therefore, they broke the law and are fully liable for damages.
