If he really IS "going out of business," why does he maintain links to his web site in his profile, why does he constantly make posts referring to that business, and why is that web site still apparently accepting applications for membership?

Theo,

I am happy we had this discussion, because knowing the motivation of posters here is the first step in getting at the truth.

I never said you were an employee of Pristine. I also have not brought my site into this at any time, except in a link to the press on this story. You did, so I felt I should answer. This has nothing to do with my work in the past at a site. It has to do with trading careers - mine, yours, and everyone else who has ever traded at a site and/or used an instant-execution brokerage firm to place day trades. This Fall, jenna attempted to discredit me by using my site as a target for her invective. Many of her associates did so as well. This is being done yet again now, behind the scenes, so your post gave me the opportunity to address it.

My only motive is justice, so that traders may recover the damages inflicted on them by unscrupulous quarters. I traded a sites for a lot longer than I called stocks. I am focused on trading futures and not accepting members so that can be laid to rest. I thank you for the opportunity to make that clear now, in case members here have received commentary to the contrary. If you traded at any of the sites that have been discussed, then you may be sure you have many allies here, many of them who quietly lurk, and who are working very hard to see to it that something is done to rectify some pretty flagrant examples of fraud. It is something best done by a large group than only one person, and I am very happy to see that so many of you are dedicated to seeing it happen.

Regards,

Olivier
