You know, Constant, your use of quotation marks is not grammatically correct. I have noticed many times that those who are allied with those I have named invariably use quotes around normal terms in strange, eerie fashion. My guess would be that those who use quotes in this fashion believe it somehow changes the meaning of the word, such that it can mean anything. I would call it a weasel clause insertion, if you will.

Now I would seriously question your motives in posting as you are. My site I never discussed here until it was brought up by someone else. This tactic was used this Fall repeatedly against me, in an attempt to cloud the issues. That was effective, to a certain extent, as these issues were only beginning to become known in day trading. That is different now, and this time, it will not succeed, as I am not accepting members, and I believe too many here know that what I say is the truth of things. I know about that because I worked at a site and saw on the inside what they were doing, and it shocked me to the marrow, what a complete racket the sites and brokers were and are. That is when I went to the press. I believe those articles add some credibility to what I say. Charles Schwab was named by The New York Times. I wonder how many of you truly realize how significant that is. That was a mighty message, and I know for a fact that Schwab sent their compliance team down to Austin, Texas to investigate activities at their subsidiary, Cyber Corporation (now CyberTrader) within two weeks of publication. I had accounts with MB Trading, a subsidiary of Terra Nova, and also Cyber, so you can see what my motivation is. Again, I paid over $350,000.00 in commissions to these brokers in less than one year, while trading at one of these sites. My motivation is to slap these crooks with an enormous class action lawsuit on behalf of thousands of day traders, and that time is very near right now.

If you still don't believe me, then please go fill out a form and see if the site responds. Now, why not discuss the points we have raised? Perhaps you could add to what we have learned already about these events.

Sincerely,

Olivier L. F. Asser
