You really are showing yourself to be a whanker sir. I was not even talking about you. You implied in the prior post, and in fact in this one that I am responding to, that I am being controlled by outside parties. Maybe I should serve you with papers now for saying Im something I am not. <GG> The plot thickens..who oh who is this boys master was referring to me. Oh well...some people can be paranoid. I understand.

I find it odd that in many ways we are on the same side here Mr. Asser. I have told you in two or three posts now exactly who the proper authorities are. Ones that would probably take action on those involved in illegal acts. You, however, seem to think of me now as your enemy. I am in fact not your enemy nor your friend. When I was in my early twenties I did work in the brokerage industry on the futures side. I have SEC and CFTC registrations which are active.

I will tread lightly here because I understand that some people take this message board stuff real seriously...so, if I have in any way implied anything at all about you that you find not to your liking, please accept my apology as I bow down in front of you...well..I wont bow, but I think you get the point. If you dont, here it is. As a trader, you are responsible for what you do. That simple, to go around threatening to sue others for your own actions is childish sillyness. You do though have a very valid point about the brokers and sights. It is wrong, and I trust, that as I have said a few times here, there will be hell to pay on this issue. It wont be in some silly class action lawsuit though..it will be when the STATE regulators go after the clowns.. (im not calling you a clown..thats directed at those other people.)
