<Yawnnnn>

You can stop yawning about now. I recently concluded meetings with Counsel. This lawsuit is going forward as I promised all along. I urge all of you who in the past three years have spent any substantial amount of time trading as a full-time day trader through a chat site and instant execution brokerage firm to write to me, providing the following information:

1. your full legal name, address and telephone number
2. the names of all brokers you used
3. the sites where you traded
4. an estimate of how much you paid in commissions
5. an estimate of capital losses
6. a brief history of your trading career

Please send this to me ASAP at:

ollie@stock-operators.com

The brokers and sites have committed massive securities fraud for years. Day traders have been abused by illegal under-the-table deals for a long time. We have the evidence, and we shall seek damages for the harm these unconscionable deals have done day traders. This is not a small case.

I will be calling all those who reply, and will bring you in contact with the lawyers we now have working on this case.

I would wish to add that for those who think this will cost you anything, I want to be very clear that this law firm will be working on a contingency basis. Plaintiffs pay nothing. The law firm receives nothing unless this case is successful. Furthermore, any countersuits from those parties we intend to name will be met by the strongest possible defense from this firm - this is also included in the attorney-client agreement. So, if the guilty parties wish to attempt to intimidate anyone through countersuits, they may consider the power of the legal team we have assembled. This law firm is one of the most talented and powerful in the United States. These lawyers recently won a punitive award of several billion dollars. Yes, billion. I am confident that we will win this case.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Olivier L. F. Asser
