Not long ago, the Republicans would have tried to be above that, but no more. The Democrats know what is at stake, with the Hispanic voters now outnumbering the black voters, and evolving much more quickly into a middle-class. But could they control themselves? The Hispanic judges on Bush's short lists would all be a credit to the bench. It'll be fun watching Daschle putting Leahy on a choke chain...
