Yes, you could make that lunch...it would take time, and if you don't have the time, then catering is just fine. Just like the B-B-Que I had here Sunday after the wedding. I could have done it, but I didn't have the time, and their B-B-Que is excellent, anyhow. The lime dessert is great...sort of like a filmy key lime pie. I couldn't find my grater, so I used a hand held zester which took forever, and I also hand squeezed the lime, seeing as how their jackets were gone anyhow. One thing I know for sure, I'm going to buy an electric lemon and lime juicer. I had one at the condo, and couldn't find it, so I was convinced I'd brought it home, and when I went to look for it, no where around! I guess that is one more missing thing from the condo. People take the darndest things..It is too much work to try and make lemonade by hand.
