Bill is "in love" with this company, but my information is that it was from a type of "shot-gun wedding" as he invested quite deeply without "protection" and later found out that he was not able to "leave" and get involved with "another" until.... Anyway, I never did buy any shares in this company, but yesterday he once again "pushed it" as aGreatness. Note: "tooting" bill has a couple times in the past months presented the following opinion on this company, and also has mentioned Frank's opinion weeks prior to this recent. Hopefully those who payed-to-view this will not consider that I gave out "new/secret" info. My main reason not to buy into this is as I already stated before, Bill is in it now in a "trapped" way for better or worst since his average was about ? dollar(s) I speculate. Bill does seem to believe in this company, especially management, but as we have all observed or experienced that nice warm fuzzy feeling does not put "metal on the table." [start.] "... a good deal of my investment funds are tied up in Golden Star Resources. Someone keeps bopping it down on rallies. Must be a stale long who wants out. That is not uncommon as many money managers who invested in gold shares have been fired. Their holdings are often inherited. The new money manger, who has no interest in gold or goldshares, usually waits for rallies like we just had to sell. ... looks like GSR will pick up 5 to 10 years more of gold supply to feed their mill. This is very important as this operating mill in Ghana makes the company cash flow positive at around $275 gold. That supports their maintenance of all their superb gold exploration finds in the Guyana Shield. All I can say is that you know the kind of analysis work that Frank Veneroso does. Few are more thorough. Golden Star Resources is his number one stock pick. It is a steal at these prices. [end.] "It sounds like you have been around the block a few times..." Yes, dragged, pushed, walked, run, run-over.... d:o)ug
